Noohra Light Studio stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every lamp we create.

Warranty Period

Your Noohra Lamp is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase with the original receipt. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is Covered

• Defects in materials and electrical workmanship
• Malfunction of the internal rotating mechanism
• Failure of the lamp base, shade frame, or electrical components under normal household use

What is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence (e.g., dropping, water exposure, or excessive force)
• Bulbs or artwork inserts
• Damage from using incorrect bulb types or wattage
• Modifications or repairs done by unauthorized parties
• Cosmetic changes due to aging or environmental factors (such as minor yellowing of paper components over time)

Please include:

• Proof of purchase (original receipt)
• Photos of the issue
• Description of the problem

We will respond within 2 business days. If your lamp is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at no charge (shipping may apply depending on location).
